Who you are:

You are a dynamic and results-driven person with strong knowledge of the Francophone African Diaspora in the USA ready to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition through innovative offline and online strategies, leading community-focused initiatives, and establishing LemFi as the go-to remittance solution for the Francophone African Diaspora in the USA.

Responsiblities:

1. User Acquisition:

      • Develop and execute comprehensive user acquisition strategies tailored to the Francophone African market.
      • Utilise a mix of online and offline channels, including social media, community events, partnerships, and digital marketing campaigns to attract new users.
      • Monitor and analyse the performance of acquisition campaigns, making data-driven adjustments to optimise results.

    2. Community Engagement:

      • Lead community-focused actions to build and nurture a strong and engaged user base.
      • Organise and participate in local events, meetups, and forums to promote Lemfi and educate potential users about our services.
      • Foster relationships with local influencers, community leaders, and organisations to amplify Lemfi’s reach and impact.

    3. Partnership Development:

      • Identify and establish partnerships with relevant stores and organisations to drive user growth.
      • Negotiate and manage partnerships to ensure mutual benefits and successful collaborations.

    4. Market Research and Insights:

      • Conduct market research to understand the needs, preferences, and behaviours of the target audience in the Francophone African region.
      • Provide insights and feedback to the product and marketing teams to refine Lemfi’s offerings and messaging.
    5. Brand Advocacy:
      • Act as a brand ambassador for Lemfi, representing the company with professionalism and enthusiasm.
      • Promote LemFi’s mission, values, and services through various communication channels.

Requirements:

      • Bachelor’s degree or masters in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
      • Good analytical skills
      • Proven experience in user acquisition, community engagement, or marketing, preferably within the fintech or remittance industry.
      • Strong understanding of the Francophone African market and cultural nuances.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve problems and drive growth.
      • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.
      • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
      • Fluency in English and French
